How should my 2XU training apparel fit?

Your 2XU garment should sit on your body with supreme comfort. Tights should fit securely without 'cutting in' while Singlets, Tees, Shorts and Tanks should feel light and free without being too baggy. Certain styles, particularly those with in-built bras, are designed to fit securely around the bust, then taper out down toward the hipline. If you're unsure, feel free to ask in store or call through to any 2XU Performance Centre.

Your 2XU apparel should not compromise your technique in any way. For optimal performance, be sure to select a size which offers you un-restricted movement when working out. With flatlock and low profile seams, chafe-free motion is assured. A little extra space between you and the garment will also promote breathability and ventilation.

Finally a longer length run short! So soft and comfy!
I am 6 foot tall and most run shorts are too short for me, these are my new favourite run shorts, longer length from waist to crutch, super soft fabric and no flared sides. So happy I bought two pairs!!

Extremely Comfortable & Perfect for Running
These running shorts exceeded my expectations! The fabric is soft, lightweight, and breathable — perfect for long runs or just lounging around. The fit is just right: snug enough to stay in place, but roomy enough for full range of motion. I especially love the wide waistband — it doesn’t dig in or slide down. Bonus points for the pockets that actually hold your phone or keys without bouncing. If comfort and function are what you’re after, these are a must-have.

Great Shorts
These running shorts are fantastic—lightweight and incredibly soft against the skin. I'm usually not into high-rise styles, but these impressed me. If you're not a fan of the waistband sitting above your hips, you can simply roll it down (that's what I do). Sizing is accurate, size M is a 10. If you're between sizes, I’d recommend not sizing down, contrary to what some other reviews suggest.
The purple shorts are vibrant and beautiful.

These running shorts are fantastic—lightweight and incredibly soft against the skin. I'm usually not into high-rise styles, but these impressed me.
