The size guide on the website is different from the size guide on the box. I would go by the box not the website (attached image).
I use these for recovery after lifting, running, and playing pickle ball. The tights are effective at refreshing my legs and they are cool enough to wear while sleeping (I actually feel less hot wearing them than not wearing them while sleeping, which is a bit of a surprise).

I purchased these tights for gym workouts and for wearing on a long flight. I have worn them during my gym workouts and they provided great support and comfort. I have not yet used for flight.

My comment is about sizing. The size chart online is different from the size chart on the product box. The online chart indicates I am just on the cusp of size M (5'5" and 120 pounds), and I read that it is best to size up, so I ordered size M. The box size chart indicates my measurements are well within a size S. Based on how the leggings fit me, the box is more correct. The height is fine, but would like a bit tighter fit to maximize the compression. I bought Women's Power Recovery Compression Tights. Otherwise, I think the quality of the product is high.
